The Challenge

School districts struggled to accurately track and report the punctuality of their large bus fleets, making it difficult to hold service centers accountable or identify systemic delays.

The lack of real-time data hindered proactive management of the complex logistics required for student transport, impacting service reliability and student safety.

The Digital Asset

We developed a centralized, web-based dashboard and reporting tool on Oracle APEX to pull data from GPS (Zonar) and scheduling systems. This tool translates raw data into categorized metrics (Early, On-Time, Late) and visual charts, allowing operations staff to quickly compare service center performance and take immediate corrective action.
