The Challenge
School districts faced inconsistent and decentralized documentation methods for critical services like counseling, debriefing, and risk assessments.
This fragmented approach made it nearly impossible for managers to aggregate clinician workload, justify staffing levels, or ensure compliance with mandated service reporting requirements.
The Digital Asset
We rapidly developed a unified platform on Oracle APEX, providing dedicated digital forms for every service type. This structured approach captures essential data and generates an Executive Dashboard that aggregates hours spent by service type and school.
